We will happily exchange unused purchases. They may be returned to the store no later than 60 days after purchase. Items must have the original receipt and all original packaging. Yarns must have tags and/or bands intact. Authorization must be obtained before a return will be accepted. Products returned may be exchanged for another product, be it similar or not, or the customer may elect to receive a store credit for a future purchase. Once we receive and accept your return, we will send you an email notice of your store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on unwanted products or to exchange yarn. We will happily reimburse all shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods and will send replacement merchandise at no cost.
*Yarns that have been wound cannot be returned.
